Scope & responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day vessel operations and offshore campaigns
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of marine activities, SIMOPS and deck operations
• Interface with client, marine superintendent and project management team
• Supervise vessel crews and subcontractors
• Oversee planning, mobilisation, demobilisation and operational readiness of vessels
• Support operational reporting and performance tracking
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Nautical Science or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience in offshore / marine vessel operations
• Previous role as Vessel Lead, Marine Superintendent, or Operations Lead preferred
• Strong client and contractor interface experience

TES are currently looking for a Jr Naval Architect/Designer in Southern Ontario. Duties include producing General Arrangements, Scantling Plans, Stability booklets and Detailed Fabrication Drawings 3-D using Autocad and Ship Constructor. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years working experience and possess a Diploma/Degree in Naval Architecture. A hybrid working arrangement will certainly be considered.
