Position: Vessel Operations Lead – Marine / Offshore
Location: Qatar

Scope & responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day vessel operations and offshore campaigns
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of marine activities, SIMOPS and deck operations
• Interface with client, marine superintendent and project management team
• Supervise vessel crews and subcontractors
• Oversee planning, mobilisation, demobilisation and operational readiness of vessels
• Support operational reporting and performance tracking
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Nautical Science or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience in offshore / marine vessel operations
• Previous role as Vessel Lead, Marine Superintendent, or Operations Lead preferred
• Strong client and contractor interface experience

AVAILABLE POSITION
MARINE SUPERINTENDENT
Location : Angola
Joining : Mid of October
Salary : US$350 per day.
Master Mariner Class 1 or Class 2 STCW certificate of Chief Engineer.
5 years Experience as Master / Chief Officer on board of offshore vessels;
Valid Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET / BST);
Valid Offshore medical certificate;
Manual Maneuvering capability for offshore vessels;
Good technical knowledge of various offshore vessel’s types;
Knowledge of International Marine rules and regulations (IMO, OCIMF, SOLAS, MARPOL,IMCA ...) ;
Writing skills to issue procedures, reports in English language;
Language: English imperative, French & Portuguese is a plus;
Computer skills: good practice of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point,…)
