Scope & responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day vessel operations and offshore campaigns
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of marine activities, SIMOPS and deck operations
• Interface with client, marine superintendent and project management team
• Supervise vessel crews and subcontractors
• Oversee planning, mobilisation, demobilisation and operational readiness of vessels
• Support operational reporting and performance tracking
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Nautical Science or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience in offshore / marine vessel operations
• Previous role as Vessel Lead, Marine Superintendent, or Operations Lead preferred
• Strong client and contractor interface experience
