?Title: ENGINEER for a 40m private sailing yacht.

?Employment Type: Permanent, with a standard MLC contract.

?Salary: TBC (DOE).

?Location: Mediterranean.

Vessel Details:

?Dual season, 40m private sailing yacht is searching for a permanent Engineer to start onboard around the 23rd of August in Spain.

?The yacht operates a dual season cruising itinerary with private trips carried out in the Caribbean and Med.

?Multinational crew onboard.

Position Details:

?The ideal candidate will be someone who has a minimum of 2 full years’ yachting experience in a similar position onboard vessels of similar size or larger.

?You must have a proven track record of strong experience on sailing yachts of similar size with a strong knowledge of the engine room on a yacht of this size.

?You must be a keen and passionate sailor with lots of sailing experience to be considered for this role.

Requirements:

?A valid Schengen visa/European passport is required for this role.

?No tattoos and no smokers.

?An AEC is the minimum requirement for this role.

?Must have excellent verifiable references and all relevant certificates in hand.

?Start date: around the 23rd of August.
